What is Self reliance ?
Self -reliance according to the Oxford dictionary is regarded as the reliance of ones own powers and resources rather than that of others.
It's also reffered to as the social and economic ability of an individual, a household or a community to meet essential needs (including protection, food, water, shelter, personal safety, health and education) in a sustainable manner and with dignity according to United Nations High Commission for Refugees( UNHCR).
I would also say that Self -reliance is the dependency of ones innate ability and strength in order to realise their unique potentials.
Self reliance has made alot of great men today and it wouldn't had been possible if they never looked within themselves to realise how they could be useful to themselves, their community and the Global environment.
If you don't tap into your abilities you would rob yourself of your uniqueness and you eventually become a collosal waste to your generation because there could be hardly any man out there that makes generational impact without them discovering their special abilities, strengths and skills.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SELF RELIANCE ?
1) Discovering the unique gifts that want to be realized ;
You must trust , listen and heed to your calling, passion and voice.
This would help you build a niche seamlessly and still become happy while doing what you do because it's fueled with passion and sense of purpose.

It takes only a man driven by passion in what he does to live a fulfilled life.
This is where You're not envious of other people's success because you're quite aware that both of you are headed on different destinations.

We all are aware that character factor has been a major challenge to us as a people and a nation.
