A popular Nollywood actress reportedly died as a result of possible complications from a surgical procedure done at an hospital in THE ALMIGHTY ABROAD......May the soul of the dead rest in peace. I haven't seen the social media warriors take up their "arms" against the foreign hospital /doctors. If it had happened in Nigeria, then the doctors must have been reckless and unprofessional.

The situation of our health system is pathetic and as such, I do not blame people who seek health care abroad as long as they can afford it from a genuine income. However, due to insufficient funds, there is a new trend in which these foreign hospitals package 'treated' patients and send them home prematurely to continue care in the hospitals they have ealier rejected. The patients arrive, shortly he/she begins to deteriorate and the Nigerian doctors are expected to perform magic. You hear the relatives saying ' The surgery was successful,  he came back from Ind*a just 3 days ago and was fine'.

If you can't afford complete care abroad, abeg stay here and let's give you the best we can with the available resources. Before you embark on that trip abroad, be sure you have the true details of the financial implications of what you are going to treat. Many of the hospital agents consciously underestimate the cost just to encourage you. Once you get there, the stories change.

I can tell you for a fact, we still have doctors in Nigerian hospitals doing wonders despite the deplorable state of our facilities. Unfortunately, only the bad outcomes get to the media. There are undesired bad medical outcomes everywhere in the world.

#Respect to that Nigerian doctor saving lives despite the horrible working conditions, #Respect to that Nigerian Doctor saving lives despite threat by his landlord to evict him
#Respect to that Nigerian doctor who get assaulted at the ER by patient relatives because he has to triage. #Respect to that Nigerian doctor who is yet to pay his/her children's school fees but has to save the life of that next patient...........the different scenerios are countless.

Wonders Shall Never End, Skin Stem Cells Can Now "Make" Babies

When the first test tube baby was born, the World went bonkers and the Churches said that the end of man has come; it's 40 years now and still counting and more than 6.5 MILLION babies have been brought into the World via that aspect of reproductive technology.

And now, wait a minute
Reproductive Technologists have found another way to make babies, but this time not through the human reproductive organs but through the SKIN STEM CELLS of the Individual/s concerned.

Are we then heading for the final showdown with Mother Nature?
